Honig began as a small garage winery in 1964 and today has became a successful family business. The Honig Family are leaders on sustainability both in the vineyards and in the winery. A lot of the electricity used in the winemaking process is derived from solar energy. One of their many sustainable farming practices along with the use of bees. Wine Profile.
