Grind (gold and exp) KoPP+1. I just got to the final boss, and my party level is around 35-36. The final boss quest seems to be level 65, which is a massive jump. I got to him eventually and he basically one-shotted everyone. There's not really any quests left for me to gain exp in, so it seems that in order to finish off the game I have to grind?
